In its 2nd year PRESTFEST is an Independent Music Festival run by enlisting financial support from local pubs, cafes, restaurants,, hotels, shops and other business services throughout the town and beyond.

This festival has no council , lottery or arts funding and is run by the community for the community.
The main charity focus is CASH FOR KIDS and The Main event is from 12-6pm in Prestwick Airport where over 15 young acts will take to 2 stages to raise money for the charity.
In the town there is an outdoor afternoon ceilidh in a shop courtyard with live music in coffee shops, B & Bs, cafe delis
Prestwick is Scotlands Main St with the Mostest and every main st event is FREE!
