Doune the Rabbit Hole takes place at the beautiful Cardross Estate on the weekend of August 22nd-24th 2014. As an exclusive for newsletter subscribers here is news of the extra bands added to the bill, before it goes online.

As well as the fabulous bands already announced including Peatbog Faeries, Balkanarama, Acid Mothers Temple, Secret Chiefs 3, Jeffrey Lewis & The Jrams, Stanley Brinks & The Wave Pictures to name but a few, Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival is excited to announce the addition of the following acts to the bill:
Errors, RM Hubbert, The Telescopes, Hector Bizerk, PAWS, The Birthday Suit, Kaktsitsi Drummers & Rebecca Vasmant, Samba Ya Bamba, Trembling Bells, Paddy Steer, The Amphetameanies, Zea (Arnold de Boer of The Ex), Tom Snowball, Blochestra.

This year the festival is using the age-old practice of bartering for useful items, in exchange for festival tickets.

We need caravans, tents, yurts, generators, lights, furniture and other useful items to help make the event go with a swing. Were considering all kinds of offers - so far a giant ex-army parachute, some spades, some overalls, rolls of duct tapes and loads of other stuff have been swapped for tickets - get in touch with the festival team if you think you can help.
