Read More Dead Sea Souls will be making their first Official EP release on Big Rock Candy Records on the 30th July 2010.
The EP will be launched in King Tuts on the final night of the "Summer Nights 2010" series of gigs, support for the evening will come from THE DRAYMIN + THE LEADS + THE BLACK RATS.

Big Rock Candy Records are a Glasgow based, independent record label.
With over 50 years combined experience in the music industry, BRC Records are committed to releasing new music from a broad range of genres on all formats, including digital, vinyl, DVD and CD.
Our first official release was Songs from the Great Atlantic Ocean by Scottish Bluegrass band The Ballachulish Hellhounds on CD and all digital formats on 14th May 2010.
The Old Black And White by post rock bluesmen Dixie Fried was released on July 12th 2010.
Our next release is Cage Fighter by Dead Sea Souls on 30th July, with a launch party at King Tuts, Glasgow.
Further releases in 2010 will include recordings from Gothic-country outfit The Dirt, acclaimed folk blues singer/guitarist Jamie Flett, garage punks The Electric Hellhounds.
THE BRC TEAM

Over the past 7 years, and weve staged literally 100s of gigs featuring bands such as The Phantom Band, The Ray Summers, Frightened Rabbit, Tommy Reilly, Alex Gardner, Emma Curran and many more.
We have also been booking agents for The Twa Tams, Perth since 2008, and recently staged the Perth leg of the KT Tunstall "Rub A Dub Tour"
At the 2010 West End Festival, along with UNESCO Glasgow City Of Music, BRC Records sponsored the Folk, Blues and Beyond section of the festival, which had over 50 acts playing in 7 different venues of the festival time. Acts included Phil Campbell, Roy Moller, The Ballachulish Hellhounds and The Doghouse Roses.
From June 2010, BRC Records have also been hosting a twice weekly acoustic night in Bar Ten, Mitchell Lane, Glasgow, showcasing music from the label and new, up and coming talent.
Also the team were solely responsible for the critically acclaimed Big Bash in West Lothian from 2006-2009, where all local Scottish acts were given the chance to play to 300 gig hungry punters and hone their talents. A few of the bands included were The Fire & I, Root System, Tango In The Attic, & The Ray Summers to name a few who have all grown to regular festival acts.
