80s Lockdown Fest 2 Live Stream to be broadcast on Friday

From the organizers Lets Rock, The Retro Festival....

We had so much fun last month we thought wed do it again, so are delighted to confirm that 80sLockdownFest is returning straight to your living rooms on Friday 3rd July, kicking off at 7pm. Well be having a whole evening of Lets Rock fun and exclusive performances from more of your favourite artists, plus a few surprises throughout the show. Although free-to-view, well be raising some much needed funds on the night for our friends at Child Bereavement UK.

The event will be broadcast FOR FREE across all of our social media channels from 7pm on Friday night. Details about how to watch will be available on Friday morning.

With only a few days to go until 80sLockdownFest2, we are thrilled to confirm that joining us will be Jimmy Somerville, ABC, Hue & Cry, Chesney Hawkes and Black Lace.

Were also excited that 80sLockdownfest2 will feature the world premiere of a brand new track from Jimmy Somervilles Big Band featuring Rick Astley. All will be revealed on Friday!

Born in Lockdown, the track was recorded with 25 musicians to raise awareness of the plight of live musicians who face a very uncertain future. There will be an opportunity to donate on the night with proceeds going to the Help Musicians fund who are helping musicians get through the crisis.
