Discovery Festival promises to deliver an unforgettable weekend of live music in the heart of Dundee, celebrating some of the best in music talent. With its stunning outdoor setting and a capacity crowd expected, Slessor Gardens will once again prove to be one of Scotlands premier live music venues.
Ocean Colour Scenes rip-roaring live shows have long been one of the most extraordinary sights in modern rock - communal outpourings of hope and joy which boast the most life affirming sing-a-longs youll ever hear.
OCS remain one of the most successful and most loved bands of the modern era. Having spent six years fine-tuning their sound, they lit up the Britpop party, chalking up three Top 5 albums-1996s Moseley Shoals, 1997s Marchin Already and 1999s One From The Modern and a run of nine successive Top 20 singles including the immortal The Riverboat Song (in total they have seventeen Top 40 singles and six Top Ten singles)
Joining them are very special guests The Fratellis! Made up of Jon Fratelli, Barry Fratelli, Mince Fratelli, the Scottish indie rock band from Glasgow, formed in 2005 are known for their energetic sound and catchy melodies, where they broke onto the scene with their debut album Costello Music (2006), featuring hit singles like "Chelsea Dagger" and "Henrietta."
The 2007 Brit Award winners for Best British Breakthrough Act have two UK top 10 singles and three top 10 UK albums. Their music continues to resonate with fans old and new, proving their staying power in the ever-evolving indie rock scene. With a career spanning nearly two decades, The Fratellis have solidified themselves as one of Scotlands most beloved and enduring bands.
White Lies emerged as one of Britains most important guitar bands with their debut album To Lose My Life in 2009. The record garnered the band a UK Number One, a Brit Award Nomination, and performances on David Letterman, Jools Holland and a stadium tour with Coldplay.
The band have moved from strength to strength with follow up albums Ritual, Big TV, Friends, Five, and As I Try Not To Fall Apart taking White Lies from their hometown of London to playing some of the worlds most prestigious venues and festivals."
Cammy Barnes is a Scottish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the Kingdom of Fife. He has achieved success with multiple singles charting in the UK Top 20 and #1 entries on the Singer/Songwriter and Country/Alt iTunes Charts. In 2023, Cammy reached the semi-finals of Britains Got Talent, where he performed a rendition of Olivia Rodrigos "Drivers License" during his audition.

Tickets for Friday 25th July 2025, featuring Ocean Colour Scene, The Fratellis, White Lies and Cammy Barnes go on general sale at 10am on Friday 7th February with tickets priced from £55 plus booking fee.
